Custom Earphones

Our A-Series and V-Series custom models are covered from material defects or workmanship issues in either the external shell or internal components for a period of two years from the original shipping date.

2-year warranty is applicable to orders after January 1, 2014. Previous orders are covered under the 1-year warranty.

Universal-Fit Earphones

Our U-Series universal models are covered from material defects on either external shell or internal components for a period of one year from the original shipping date.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by the following:

Physical or hardware damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, ear wax, excessive volume, shock, negligence, misuse of ear gel, acts of God, misapplication or any non-company product.

Damage caused by service performed by any unauthorized 3rd party company or person.

Product or part that has been modified or altered without the written permission of the company.

Any defect that is attributable to any failure or damage, which is beyond the reasonable control of the company.

Cables are guaranteed not to be dead on arrival. Cables have a 30 day limited warranty from the original shipping date.

Warranty does not cover physical or hardware damage caused by abuse or misuse, negligence or unauthorized service. We will replace the product at our discretion.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

30 Day Fit Guarantee

Because of the many variables that take part in creating a custom product, sometimes the need for a fit adjustment is inevitable. We will refit your product or rebuild your earphones at our discretion. The RMA form needs to be filled out and product sent to lab within 30 days post receipt of your order to be covered by the 30 Day Fit Guarantee. 64 AUDIO covers the labor costs and shipping the refitted earphones from the lab back to the customer. The cost of shipping your product to our lab is NOT covered by 64 AUDIO.

International customers must send their order back within 45 days post receipt of the order.
