Production Associate

Are you interested in joining a team that passionately empowers the ordinary to become extraordinary?  At 64 Audio, we make custom in-ear monitors.  No, they are not earbuds. They're trusted tools for musicians, sound engineers and music lovers.  Our custom in-ear monitors are hand-made works of art, uniquely crafted for each individual customer's ears.

We are growing fast and looking for new Production Associates to join our team of hand-crafters.  As a new Production Associate, you'll play a hands-on role in building our core product and delivering joy to our discerning customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prep earphone shells by scultpting the exterior of the shells
  • Compound, buff and polish in-ear monitors
  • Inspect shells and faceplates to meet high quality standards
  • Wire and solder small components
  • Assemble and test earphones
  • Work as a team to achieve daily production goals

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of work experience, preferably in electronics assembly
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused for long periods of time
  • Precise dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination

Experience using hand tools, buffing lathes, soldering irons, small blades, microscopes and/or magnifying devices is a plus.
