Bookkeeper/Office Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Bookkeeper/Office Administrator who wants to join our team and make an immediate impact.

The Bookkeeper/Office Administrator is resposnisible for the day-to-day accounting transactions (accounts payable & receivable, preparing general ledger entries, posting payments), assisting with month end close and processing bi-weekly payroll.  In addition, this position will perform various administrative tasks to support the company overall as well as specific departments (e.g. Human Resources and Purchasing).

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing environment.  Accounting software experience within an ERP or Quickbooks is required along witih high attention to detail and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).  Must be able to work independently and have strong working knowledge of GAAP.

Production Lab Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled lab technician to be a member of the production lab department. The lab technician will work on custom built in-ear monitors.

 

Job Requirements:

- H.S. Diploma or GED

- 1-2 years of working experience. Experience in a production setting is highly preferred.

- Ability to sit for long periods of time

- Strong dexterity skills and experiencing using small tools, buffing lathes, and small blades is highly preferred

- Attention to detail and ability to stay focused for long periods of time

Ability to learn quickly

- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Duties will include:

- Prepping in-ear monitor shells by sculpting the exterior of the shells

- Compounding, buffing and polishing in-ear monitors

- Inspecting shells and faceplates for quality

- Meeting established daily department and lab goals

- Other production lab related duties

 

This is a Full-time position with a schedule of 40 hours per week, 8am-4:30 pm. Salary is dependent on skills and experience.

Production Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager who wants to join our team and make an immediate impact.

The Production Manager is a hands-on position that is responsible for organizing, directing and coordinating all production operations.  This position will oversee the assembly of raw materials into a finished product.

Specific responsibilities include: developing high performance work teams within the Production department through coaching and training; managing the assembly and shipment of products while meeting quality and efficiency standards; establishing, implementing and maintaining SOPs; identifying problematic areas and determining solutions.

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Production (preferably in the consumer electronics manufacturing industry), excellent leadership and communication skills, strong experience working with MRP and/or ERP systems and proven project management ability.

Sales Support Representative

We have an exciting opportunity for a high motivated Sales Support Representative.  The main responsibiities of this position include processing orders, troubleshooting issues, analyzing customer performance, providing administrative support for the Sales Representatives and providing outstanding customer service.  

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Support role, preferably in the pro-audio industry.  Excellent verbal and written communicaiton skills are essential as is the ability  to independently and effectively problem solve.  Strong MS Office and Google Docs knowledge is required.
