Bookkeeper/HR Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Bookkeeper/HR Assistant who wants to join our team and make an immediate impact.

The Bookkeeper/HR Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day accounting transactions (accounts payable & receivable, preparing general ledger entries, posting payments), assisting with month end close and processing bi-weekly payroll.  In addition, this position will  support the daily operations of Human Resources to include onboarding, benefits administration and assisting with recruitment.

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing environment.  Accounting software experience within an ERP or Quickbooks is required along witih high attention to detail and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).  Must be able to work independently and have strong working knowledge of GAAP.

Production Lab Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled lab technician to be a member of the production lab department. The lab technician will work on custom built in-ear monitors.


Job Requirements:

- H.S. Diploma or GED

- 1-2 years of working experience. Experience in a production setting is highly preferred.

- Ability to sit for long periods of time

- Strong dexterity skills and experiencing using small tools, buffing lathes, and small blades is highly preferred

- Attention to detail and ability to stay focused for long periods of time

Ability to learn quickly

- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Duties will include:

- Prepping in-ear monitor shells by sculpting the exterior of the shells

- Compounding, buffing and polishing in-ear monitors

- Inspecting shells and faceplates for quality

- Meeting established daily department and lab goals

- Other production lab related duties


This is a Full-time position with a schedule of 40 hours per week, 8am-4:30 pm. Salary is dependent on skills and experience.

Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator.  This is a hands on position that handles the movement of both incoming and outgoing products and goods.  All inbound packages and goods must be properly routed and/or stored once they have been verified and inspected.  This position also provides domestic and international Shipping support for both product lines and accessories.  In addition, this position performs scheduled cycle counts and assists in Production as needed.

The qualfied candidate will have at least 2 years of Receiving experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.  Working knowledge of computer systems, to include ERP and shipping systems, are a must as are excellent communication skills.

Social Media Marketing Specialist

Our social platforms are a critical tool in engaging with current and prospective customers, the Press, and industry partners to not only tell those stories, but to foster a relationship that elevates the 64 Audio brand.  


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Social Media Specialist is the expert on how to best leverage our social platforms to engage with our audiences in deep and authentic ways. We aren’t about RAMs (Random Acts of Marketing). The Social Media Specialist will own 64 Audio’s social strategy and the tactical plans that align to bigger-picture marketing and business goals.


In addition to owning 64 Audio’s social initiatives, this role will also support the Marketing Manager in the daily coordination of PR activities.

What you’ll do

  • Manage all social campaigns including goal setting, monitoring/reporting and optimization.

  • Build and manage 64 Audio's content calendar optimized for our key audiences.

  • Create, edit and share social media content (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, blog) on a daily basis.

  • Define campaign KPIs and utilize Google Analytics and social platform data to report on campaign performance.

  • Partner with the Customer Service team to establish an ongoing dialog by responding to direct messages and comments (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, blog).

  • Optimize social media budget with Marketing Manager support to maximize ROI.

  • Monitor and inform the organization of social media trends, competitive landscape and general market developments/changes.

  • Support the daily coordination of PR activities, including product launch readiness, press releases, product reviews, etc..

What you’ll need 

At least 3 years experience in a social media role for a consumer-facing

brand (experience in the music industry is a plus)


Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written


Familiarity with Google Analytics


Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (graphic design

capabilities are a plus).


Experience with paid social campaign best practices

4-year Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or Communications
